Agie is a highly experienced Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and HR professional with over 20 years' experience across the oil and gas, mining, resources and facilities management sectors in Australia and South-East Asia. She brings a strong commercial and practical approach to workforce management, with deep expertise in enterprise bargaining, employee relations and workforce strategy.

She has a proven ability to partner with executives, operational leaders and project teams to navigate complex industrial environments and deliver pragmatic, business-aligned workforce solutions. Agie is particularly skilled in enterprise bargaining and negotiation, union and stakeholder engagement, performance and conduct management, and organisational change, balancing commercial priorities with workforce engagement and compliance.

Her experience spans major projects and operations for clients including Chevron, INPEX, Woodside, BHP, BP and Metso Minerals, where she has supported people and industrial relations strategy from tender and mobilisation through to operational delivery. Across senior HR, ER and IR leadership roles, Agie has built a reputation for managing complex workforce matters, strengthening industrial relationships and delivering sustainable outcomes in highly regulated environments.
