With experience spanning Australia, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom, Cara has led HR and organisational development functions for global organisations including Perenti, Western Power, AngloGold Ashanti, and WorleyParsons, as well as holding senior roles in the Australian Government and not-for-profit sectors.

A senior HR and organisational development leader, Cara specialises in helping businesses align culture, structure, and leadership capability with strategic goals. Her expertise spans organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and culture transformation. She is passionate about creating psychologically safe workplaces and building environments where people feel a strong sense of belonging and purpose.

Holding dual degrees in Psychology and Commerce from Murdoch University, Cara also holds a Master of Applied Finance and Master of Health Economics at Deakin University.
