Celia is a highly experienced HR professional with over 15 years’ experience across the resources and engineering sectors. She brings broad specialist and generalist HR expertise, with strengths in remuneration and benefits, performance and talent management, employee lifecycle management and people strategy.

She has a proven ability to partner with senior leaders to develop practical HR solutions aligned with organisational and commercial objectives. Celia is particularly skilled in remuneration strategy and benchmarking, performance and talent management, organisational change and HR integration, combining strong analytical capability with a practical understanding of business and workforce needs.

Her experience spans organisations including Rio Tinto, AngloGold Ashanti, Calibre and Intertek, where she has led people and capability functions, remuneration programs, post-acquisition HR integration and broader workforce initiatives. Across senior leadership and business partnering roles, Celia has built a reputation for fostering collaborative teams, developing strong stakeholder relationships and translating complex people challenges into practical solutions.
