Chris is a highly experienced HR and Industrial Relations professional with over 20 years’ experience across the energy, mining, engineering, and transport sectors. He brings a strong commercial mindset to HR, with deep expertise in organisational design, operating model transformation, and employee and industrial relations.
He has a proven ability to partner with executive and senior leadership teams to deliver practical, business-aligned people solutions. Chris is particularly skilled in navigating complex environments, including large-scale change, mergers, and workforce transitions, ensuring outcomes that balance commercial priorities with risk and compliance.
His experience spans organisations including Woodside Energy and INPEX Australia, where he led HR transformation and business partnering initiatives. Chris commenced his career in HR and has progressed through a range of senior leadership and consulting roles, building a reputation for his pragmatic, business-first approach and his ability to influence and deliver outcomes in complex, high-performance environments.
