Jennifer Bates

Jennifer Bates is a senior HR consultant with extensive experience across all facets of HR that is combined with excellent leadership credentials and a background of dealing with Executive Leadership teams and Boards at both the local and international level. Jennifer's unique career history as a seasoned HR practitioner combined with experience of leading multiple functions within an organisation has allowed her to build a strong understanding of both strategic and tactical business plans that are needed to ensure an organisation's success

Jennifer held Executive Corporate roles for a global Japanese energy company based in Perth managing functions including HR, IT and office administration.

Jennifer has had an extensive Human Resources career across the resources sector, both at a local and international level with nearly 10 years of her career spent working in various HR roles for companies within the UK and US. 

Jennifer also has considerable experience as a Non-Executive Director on a number of Not-For-Profit organisations, including a period as Chair of the Board. Jennifer is a member of the Australian HR Institute AHRI) and also Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Business (Curtin University) with a double major in HRM and Industrial Advocacy
